Marvin Boggs (born December 9, 1953) is a former member of the Central Intelligence Agency.

Early Life[]
C.I.A. Service[]
In 1981 Marvin, along with Frank Moses and several others, were tasked with the mission of cleaning up a village after a lieutenant named Robert Stanton slaughtered its inhabitants in Guatemala. At one point during his service, Marvin was unknowingly being provided daily doses of LSD over a period of 11 years, making him highly paranoid. According to Frank, Marvin has apparently faked his death on several occasions.

After he retired from the C.I.A., He became highly suspicious, having even built a decoy house in the swamp while he lives in an underground bunker. Although Boggs' suspicions are often vague or even seems ridiculous, his hunches are proven to be correct on several occasions.
